Native Son Adventures offers a half-day kids surf and ocean adventure on Hilton Head Island at Palmetto Dunes. This one-time, 4-hour experience is perfect for families looking for an unforgettable island activity without a multi-day commitment.

Kids enjoy guided time in the Atlantic Ocean learning to surf, boogie board, paddle, and explore the coastal environment in a fun, safe, small-group setting.

SURFER BOYS OCEAN ADVENTURE

 

Led by lifelong waterman Byron Sewell, this boys-only ocean experience focuses on confidence, teamwork, and hands-on water skills.

Activities may include:

  • Surfing, paddling, and swimming

  • Ocean safety and awareness

  • Introductory fishing and cast netting

  • Confidence-building challenges and teamwork

 

 

HILTON HEAD SURFER GIRLS OCEAN EXPERIENCE

 

Led by Captain Hannah, this girls-only surf and ocean adventure creates a supportive environment where girls are encouraged to try new things, build confidence, and connect with the ocean.

Highlights include:

  • Surfing and guided ocean time

  • Water safety and swimming skills

  • Intro fishing and marine exploration

  • Teamwork, creativity, and play

This adventure tour is 4 hours and available June, July and August. This adventure is offered for kids ages 11 - 17.
